AUSTIN, TEXAS – To show appreciation to our men and women bravely serving our country, Carrie Underwood is offering $10 tickets to her concert in Austin at The Theatre at the Frank Erwin Center on Friday, October 31 at 7:30PM to all military personnel. Tickets can be purchased at any Texas Box Office outlet including select H-E-B stores and at Ft. Hood ITR with valid military ID, by phone at 1-800-982-2386, or at the Erwin Center box office with military ID. There is a limit of eight (8) tickets per purchase.

She stole all of our hearts on American Idol, and now Carrie Underwood has propelled to the forefront of contemporary country with her powerful country vocals and southern charm. The three-time Grammy winning artist will bring her “Carnival Ride Tour” with special guest Little Big Town to the stage at The Theatre at the Frank Erwin Center on Friday, October 31! Her debut album, Some Hearts (2005), certified seven times platinum, is the biggest-selling American Idol album to date, and also became the best-selling album by a female artist in country music history! Her latest album and title of her upcoming tour, Carnival Ride (2007), was certified double-platinum within 2 months of its release and contains the co-written smash hits “So Small,” “All-American Girl” and “Last Name.” For the second year in a row, she was named the Academy of Country Music Awards Female Vocalist of the Year, and also took home two Grammy awards in 2008, including Best Female Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song for “Before He Cheats.” She was also recently inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry.
