AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas Boxing Commission, accompanied by Championship boxers, will be at Lord’s Gym to make a special announcement this Saturday, June 14. An open workout will follow with many of the boxers taking part in the Fight Night event Saturday, June 21 at the Frank Erwin Center. Media are invited to hear the special announcement and interview participating boxers and their trainers.

For 75 years, the State of Texas has successfully licensed and regulated the boxing industry, hosted several World Title Championship Fights, and is home to the World Title class ring officials.
