Sesame Street Live Time Change

Dear Ticket Buyer,

Sesame Street Live “Elmo’s Green Thumb” originally scheduled for Friday, February 13 at 10:30AM at The Theatre at the Frank Erwin Center has been rescheduled for Friday, February 13 at 10AM. Any tickets purchased for the 10:30AM, February 13 show will be honored for the 10AM, February 13 show.

If you cannot attend the show because of the change in time, tickets may be returned for a refund beginning Monday, January 5 at 10AM through Friday, January 23 at 6PM. Customers who purchased tickets through TexasBoxOffice.com may obtain a refund by either bringing the tickets to the Frank Erwin Center Red River Street box office during regular operating hours, Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM, or by mailing the tickets to Texas Box Office, Attention: Sesame Street Live Refund, P.O. Since 1977, the Frank Erwin Center has served Central Texans with some of the best in live entertainment. The multi-purpose facility located on The University of Texas at Austin campus, hosts a variety of events including concerts, theatrical performances, family shows and sporting events. It is also serves as the home court for the Texas men’s and women’s basketball teams.
