LOOK WHO’S COMING…
 |
Dan Zanes and Friends
Hogg Memorial Auditorium
Thursday, June 10 at 2 p.m.
Calling all kids and kids-at-heart: get ready to sing and dance with wild abandon to the sounds of the 21st century, all-ages folk heroes Dan Zanes and Friends! You’ve probably heard their critically acclaimed records or seen their popular music videos on Playhouse Disney, but now is your chance to join them in person for the house party of the year!
Grammy Award®-winning artists Dan Zanes and Friends occupy a unique place in American music where sea shanties, Broadway standards, North American and West Indian folk music, fiddle tunes, the spirit of rock-and-roll, and soulful originals collide. Zanes made a name for himself in the ‘80s with the legendary indie-rock band the |
Del Fuegos. Now he’s rocking a show for the whole family and everyone’s invited on Sunday, June 10th! Tickets are $25 for adults and $18 for children 12 and under. All patrons will be required to have a ticket for admission.
“Zanes’ kids music works because it is not kids music; it’s just music—music that’s unsanitized, unpasteurized, that’s organic even.”—The New York Times Magazine |
