Where’s Papa Ray’s Money? hits The Theatre at the Frank Erwin Center Stage

Where’s Papa Ray’s Money? is a the story of the Ballentine family as seen through the eyes of Raymond John Ballentine, father, retired mail carrier, card player extraordinaire and most importantly, recently deceased.  That’s right! As Papa Ray himself says, “I took the dirt nap.”  Through new millennium technology, Ray drops in on his family after this funeral and declares that not only is his life savings hidden in the house, but in order for any family member to claim a share of the inheritance, the entire family must spend two days together in the family house.  As you might suspect, this is where the adventure begins.
 
Where’s Papa Ray’s Money? comes from the imagination of Thomas Miles, a.k.a. Nephew Tommy.  Thomas promises you a family oriented ride that is dramatic, comedic, musical and full of twists and surprises. It will take you from the church to Broadway.  It will make you laugh. It will make you cry.  It will touch your every emotion.
