The Frank Erwin Center’s Group Sales Department invites you to get in on the action! Group Sales events are an excellent option for birthday parties, group outings, work incentives and any other reason you can find to come out and have a good time!

Pre-Show Party and Dinner Packages!

	Rumble on Red River on June 17 at 7:30PM Pre-show Dinner: 5:30PM Package price: $65, $90, and $140 (limited number available)(Includes dinner and show ticket). Park in the University of Texas parking garage (subject to space availability). Enter through Red River street level doors. There will be no appearance by any of the fighters during the dinner.
	American Idols Live Tour 2006 on September 10 at 7PM Pre-show Dinner: 5PM Package price: $83.50 and $97.50 Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in the University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by the American Idol contestants during the dinner.
	Dixie Chicks on October 1 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Dinner: 5:30PM Package price: $84.50 and $100. (Includes dinner and concert ticket). Park in the University of Texas parking garage (subject to space availability) Enter through Red River street level doors. There will be no appearance by the Dixie Chicks during the dinner.
	Carlos Mencia on October 17 at 7PM Pre-Show Party: 5PM Package price: $70 and $74. (Includes party and show ticket and 2 beer/wine tickets). Park in the University of Texas parking garage (subject to availability).Enter through Red River street level doors. There will be no appearance by Carlos Mencia during the party.

	Renegades Extreme Fighting Friday, June 9 - 8PM Regular: $20, $25, $35 and $50 Extreme Seats Groups: $10 Groups of 20 or more receive a $10 ticket on the $20 ticket price only.
	Rumble on Red River Friday, June 17 - 7:30PM Regular: $17, $25, $50 and $100 VIP Groups: $20 Groups of 20 or more receive $5 off the $25 ticket price.

GUIDELINES

• Orders must be for 20 or more (10 or more preferred for pre-show dinners) tickets in the same price level for a single event/performance unless noted otherwise.
• Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
• Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone through the Group Sales
  Department only.
• Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For best seats, order early.
• Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
• Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner depending upon demand.
• Only one method of payment for entire group.
• Mobility impaired seating is available. If mobility impaired seating is required, please request when ordering.
• VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to The University of Texas are acceptable methods of payment.
• Tickets can be mailed directly to you - up to seven days before the event with a self-addressed stamped envelope. (Overnight and Priority mailings can be arranged at Club member’s expense.)
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No double discounts.

The Frank Erwin Center is located on The University of Texas campus at 1701 Red River Street.
